Responsibilities:
Select customer orders from shelves, place onto pallet, and load onto trailer
Utilize an industrial forklift (certification not required)
Utilize an on-board computer and wireless radio frequency system
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist other warehouse workers in completing tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager or immediate supervisor
Requirements:  Must be able to lift heavy objects (occasionally between 60-75 lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shift
Overtime is required based on business demands; sometimes on short notice
Previous warehouse/forklift operation experience a plus but not required
Must be dependable and a team player
Must be able to work regularly at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training)
Strong attention to detail

Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/ completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.


Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.Operates forklift equipment.Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.


May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.Performs other related duties as required


Job RequirementsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent experience;


Certified Forklift OperatorExperience: 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.


Competencies: Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail oriented, and safety conscious.

All qualified candidates will perform the following tasks and have the following skills and experience(s):


MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LOW VOLTAGE WIRING


. Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations

. Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts and subassemblies together.

. Tends machines to perform fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.

. Test at the assembly level, identify failures and take appropriate action.


All candidates will have the following profile:


. Proven experience working in a production based environment with the ability to meet and maintain company deadlines while showing attention to detail.

. Proven experience working within a team environment with the ability to commit and initiate continuous improvement activities.

. Prior electro-mechanical manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Able to use fine hand tools with frequent grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and flexing of hands.
